Refund Policy

Cancellation by gandhis.coffee:

  • Please note that there are some orders that we are unable to accept and they will be cancelled from our side.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department.
  • We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is cancelled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order.
  • In case of perishable items, delivery is attempted just once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable again. No refunds are possible in such cases.

Cancellation by Customer:

  • If your order is cancelled after making payment from your side, the amount will be credited after deducting 3% from your total order amount as a processing fee to your account within 7-10 working days.
  • We reserve the right to not refund your amount when you cancel your order after starting your work or your order is dispatched/delivered because it will be unusable for anyone

  • As all our products are personalized and ordered for any special occasion, we start your work within a few hours of receiving your order

You Agree and Confirm

If you have given us incomplete information of delivery (i.e. wrong name or address) extra charges will be taken from you as delivery charge if in case your parcel will be returned back to us from the courier company and you need it again.

gandhis.coffee reserves the right to confirm the information and other details provided by you at any time, and if your given information is incorrect, we reserve the right to reject your request for the given address or information.

 

Complaint regarding product:

If you feel the product is defective, please contact us and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Product(s) will take 10-15 days for replacement after receiving your product by Gandhis Coffee. You will need to send these back to us to get a fresh piece. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.
